These Terms of Service are an agreement between Onetiredlion, the Creator, and you, the Client. By commissioning or purchasing a fursuit or art piece from me, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

I provide custom fursuit creation and art creation services. My services include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Fursuit heads
- 'Fullsuits'
- Accessories (tails, paws, etc.)
- Fursuit repairs
- Alterations/fursuit repairs
- Other garment creation
- Digital drawings
- Traditional drawingsTo begin the commission process, the following steps must be followed:
- Consultation: Clients must provide detailed information about their desired fursuit/art piece design, including reference images, specifications, and any customization requests.
- Quote & Agreement: Upon reviewing the design, we will provide a price quote. Once accepted, a contract and deposit (typically 50% of the total cost) will be required.
- Production: Once the design is approved and deposit payment is received, production will begin. For fursuits, it typically takes between ~1-7 months. For art pieces, it typically takes ~1-3 weeks. Some designs may take longer.
- Completion: Upon completion, the final balance (including shipping price if it's a physical piece) must be paid before shipment of the piece.Payment Terms:
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to begin the commission.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the fursuit before shipping. May be deposited over time of creation.
- Payment Methods: Payments may be made via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or Cashapp.
- Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Once production has started, no refunds will be issued. Refunds may be offered in exceptional cases at the discretion of the Creator.Privacy Policy:
- Information Collection: We collect personal information such as your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information when you place a commission or purchase products from us. We also collect any information you provide during communication, such as design preferences or custom requests.
- Use of Information: The information we collect is used solely for processing orders, providing customer service, and communicating with you about your commission or purchase. We may also use your contact information to send updates, promotions, or offers related to products, but you may opt out at any time.
- Legal Use of Information: In certain legal circumstances, we may be required to share your personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. We will only disclose such information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Onetiredlion, our customers, or others.Turnaround Time
- Estimated turnaround time is typically between 1-7 months for fursuits and 1-4 weeks for art pieces depending on the complexity of the commission and current workload.
- Client will be provided updates on the status of your fursuit/art piece at key stages during production.
- If there are any significant delays, the client will be notified in advance.Design and Customization
- Clients are encouraged to provide clear reference images and details for their fursuit design with multiple angles
- Onetiredlion reserves the right to refuse commissions if the design is deemed inappropriate or offensive. This includes designs that violate any laws or promote harm, hate, or violence.
-Custom designs are the intellectual property of the Client once completed, but the Creator retains the right to use images of the finished fursuit for portfolio, promotional, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed.Shipping
- Shipping fees are the responsibility of the Client and will be included in the final invoice.
- We will provide a tracking number for all shipped fursuits.
- Onetiredlion is not responsible for damages or loss during shipping, but we will ensure proper packaging to reduce the risk.Care and Maintenance
- Fursuits require regular maintenance. Clients will receive care instructions upon delivery, including cleaning and storage recommendations.
- Clients are responsible for keeping their fursuit in good condition and following the care guidelines to avoid damage.

- The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information during the commissioning process.

Please be aware that all our fursuits are handmade, and as such, no two are exactly alike. While we strive for the highest quality and attention to detail, slight variations in stitching, fur texture, and shape may occur. These minor imperfections are a natural part of the crafting process and are not considered defects. We appreciate your understanding that such unique characteristics contribute to the charm of a handmade product.Warranties
- Onetiredlion provides a limited warranty on all fursuits and related products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 31 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care, including but not limited to wear and tear, accidents, or damage resulting from use in non-standard conditions.
- Please note that the product warranty will be voided if the fursuit or related products are used in any NSFW context, due to hygiene and health concerns. We recommend following the provided care guidelines to ensure the longevity and quality of your fursuit.
- If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the warranty period. We may require photos or other evidence to assess the issue. In case of a valid claim, we will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.Changes to the Terms of Service
Onetiredlion reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes prior to completing their commission.Cancellations
Onetiredlion reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason. Buyer will be issued a refund in the case that happens.All designs, artwork, and creations related to the fursuits (including sketches, patterns, and prototypes) created by Onetiredlion remain the intellectual property of the Creator, unless otherwise specified. Upon completion of the fursuit and full payment, you (the Client) will hold ownership rights to the final product but not to the patterns or creative work unless otherwise agreed.
